New event system or not

So, new syntax uses slightly (very slightly!) more memory but is faster.
I guess it's a winner. :)

i think consuming an extra ~0.0792 bytes per event call is an acceptable tradeoff :)

If an exception is thrown, this could be remedied easily and quickly during development and testing.
But I really don't know if all raised events need to be handled.
