yii : problem with reloading

Hello everyone, I am new to Yii and so, getting some minor problems.

I changed the footer text on layouts - > main.php . Also, I changed the main menu links . But, when I reload the page, I do not see the results. What I am seeing is the same view as it was before I made these changes. I cleared the cache but no change in the result. Can anyone help me out?

it’s not clear about what views have you modified. please give view names and urls that you are trying to access
