The site documentation is updated only when a new version of Yii is released... so this will be made at that time

Well this isn't really a problema with Yii, but using the git-svn access of GitHub, the option "merge revisions to" that I used to keep my code in sync with Yii, doesn't work.
Error REPORT of '/yiisoft/yii.git/!svn/bc/2810/trunk': 200 OK (https://github.com)
It receives "OK" but does nothing.
If someone knows how to overcome this, please help.

Yii repo hits the #13 position in PHP most watched repositories list, in less than a year ;-)

@CeBe: I found out something interesting. If I set the HEAD reference to another branch, I can delete my master branch like any other. Checking out and pushing a new master branch seems to have done the trick.
