Hi,
The Yii Blog Demo uses an URL like this to access the pages:
http://www.yiiframew…php/post/create
I have installed Yii under IIS 6 with PHP 5.9, but this URL does not work.
But if I use Apache, also with PHP 5.9, everything works.
Shouldn't the URL be like this:
http://www.yiiframew…p?r=post/create
Is there any way to change this behaviour.
Thanks

Hi,
I have found the configuration to change it, but it won't work if I use a shared Hosting and do not have access to IIS Configuration.
I have set the files without any extension to be processed by PHP:
"." -> "C:\php5\php5isapi.dll"
Apache could do the same using a ".htaccess" configuration:
<Files article>
SetHandler application/x-httpd-php
</Files>
Anyway, I still would like to know if there is any way to use a normal URL with question mark "?".
Thanks

Simply modify protected/main.php and set 'urlFormat'=>'get'.
