i want to change theme.i add a "theme1" directory under "\themes" directory,then what should i do next?

what kind of files the directorys "layouts,site" may contain?      sysytem directory contain  error page ,i know.

After you have created the directory, next step would be to put some files in it, and edit your app's configuration file:
