I’m new in this whole Yii framework.
I want tutorials for really really beginners that knows nothing.
I have Linux Ubuntu (11.10) installed.
And I don’t want to mess with the terminal (console). Just program by myself. Because the terminal doesn’t work.

Download yii and take a look at samples application. Are ready to use. Without console.
Okay, thanks. But I’d rather see some guides and tutorials to understand better and have fully knowledge about all the functions, etc…
