Assets

First web application using a MVC Framework. I’ve read most of Yii Agile Web Application Development book and I decided to start a really simple project.

There’s one thing I haven’t been able to find information about. Where should I put assets such as uploaded pdfs in a web application, and how should I link to them?

I have a long way to go …

Yii has a built in assets manager, heres a wiki that gives a quick overview to it but you can make use of that.
