sure ! you can , when using flash you can post data together with your uploaded file ; when using traditional html file input element this is straightforward , just work with form see CHtml::activeFileField for multiUpload see multi upload
some one may prefer separate upload to the other form post , will using two step to accomplish one row of table insert ( step1 for insert , step2 for update ; uploading may occur in either one )
