Currently rights module is designed to keep rights management section with single user.Therefore we have to do below improvements to it to use with products.

Ability to give rights section to end user.

End user should not be able to access sections where developer required ex: genarate controller actions etc…

Should be able to create users within module it self.

Should not be able to delete his own level.

Other users should nob be able to revoke permissions which he hasn`t.
