In the company where am i, there are a lot of agencies and some authorized’s users could make shopping on internal website.
I need an help in order to confirm two conditions to record needs of users in database :

confirm same period for each month ( for exemple, 15 august to 25 august ) ,
-
have a single record by user’s location in agency.
i don’t know how to solde this, need help plz.
