plz tell us what you mean by implement gmap ?? do you want to show a google map of an address on a web page? static image or javascript?

I want to get gmap for given address???i have extracte gmap extension in protected/extension directory ,after that i created new controller gmap ani in corresponding view file i m putting code for gmap???plz tell this is correct way or i should do something else????
