Like Web 2.0, we hope the development of Yii 2.0 can get the participation from the Yii community. We will use this forum to discuss designs and features about this next major release of Yii.

To ensure the quality of the discussion, currently only members with 5 or more posts can write in this forum. All other visitors can only read posts in this forum.

The roadmap and latest progress of Yii 2.0 can be found in http://www.yiiframework.com/download/
We will put the code on GitHub once we think we have finished most of the features before alpha release.

Thank you for your patience and support!

I have just found this forum by accident.
What about a post in the announcements forum to bring more people here?

As a site note, I'm very happy to see the call for discussions on Yii 2.0!

Dear,

I came here to post a new topic and just discovered that IP.Board prunes topic subscriptions if there's no activity in the last 30 days [reference].

I'm following several topics here in this specific forum and I'd like very much to be notified by email on new posts. Since some subscriptions were pruned, I lost track of the conversation on several topics.

Could you (if IP.Board allows) please make pruning configurable or disable pruning for this forum?
