editing css how to edit the css of layout files in yii

hi to all,i am new to yii , i cant able to edit the style of layouts in my application,i tried themes also but no result..can any one help me in this?

yes , you can.
open project_folder/css and start playing. simple.

learn some basic css knowledge~~`change content in css directory is not too hard~~ :lol:
