cannot use JQuerySlideTopMenu

Good morning,

i’m beginner to php language and to yii framework, I downloaded yii JQuerySlideTopMenu extensions and i’ve install as describe in this link click here so i copy and paste the example of code of this page and i paste it to my view but i have this error :

Please can somebody help me to solve my problem?
