ajax validation not working second time

hello all

i am using modal(lightbox popup) to insert new record first time i clicked on link to open modal then its working fine with validation and all

but second time when i clicked and check for validation its not working

and

i am using 2 model in one action to validate and insert new records but not working

please help to solve this urgently need
