You can also use the free geonames.org. If you know the postal code, it then does reverse geolocation, if you know the place name (ie. Berlin… it returns all postal codes from the city)

It is better to create a username to test the services, please see the extension http://www.yiiframework.com/extension/egeonameservice/
It may help you out. Using this extension you can feed your database as per user requests.

no i`ve need it in csv , and i found it
