What to do if I don't have shell acess

I have a cheap hosting, they have a standard cpanel but no shell acess.

I read in the documentation that one requires command line to run Yii.

I haven’t installed Yii due to this.

Is there a workaround?

Usually the development is done on your computer… and only after uploaded to the server…

So if you are developing on your computer… it’s there that you need the command line…

So command line is not to run Yii. It’s to develop Yii applications rapidly.
