well I got this error just a moment ago, saying I am not allowed to post links because I’m too new.
But… the only URL I saw in my post was… the default emoticon. Simple smiley : )

I am sure you are able to post links now as I think you require a minimum of three posts to do so…
As we had many SPAMers in the forum… we had to add some antiSPAM preventions…
One of them is preventing to post links for new users…
note that smiley are links to images… so they are links…
P.S. do not worry now you can post even links…
