Please note UI design is utmost important to me.

Even though I want to have some one local to Denver or US, I cannot afford now. It is on low budget.

  2. Someone having expertise with B2B, B2C, C2C, Classified, Multi Vendor Commerce, Multi-Channel marketting, RFQ, SOA, Social Media (may be), AuthorizeNet, Geo-Coding and Map, scalability.
