Many people don't know (as i found out), especially in Russia about Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) or "winter blues".

So i created this site using my Yii experience with information providing function, and for commercial purposes.

There was nothing hard to code, but i think it looks nice. And it need to be finished and upgraded in some details.

Hard to tell - but it didn't hurt either . I think it's good to try out and combine different measures to find out what works best for you.

I learned Russian for 6 years (when I was a kid) but unfortunately I don't remember a thing :/ (ok, some words, but not too many)
