I can't find the way to delete an ext on Yii site.

I think he mean that he want to delete extension on yii site which he had created.

Is it have some admin panel for that?

I have no extension to delete now, only want to know the way to delete a extension.

There is no option to delete an extension... but you can send a request to Qiang...
Find more about me.... btw. Do you know your WAN IP?
