Does this book have cart example?

Hello,

I am coming from a Codeigniter background and wonder if this book would help me.

I also want to use a simple cart like Codeigniter has and wondered if there were examples.

This book does provide many concrete examples under the umbrella of one continuous example of building an issue management and task-tracking application. However it does not provide any e-commerce or otherwise "cart" examples. The book is intended to help flatten the learning curve and put you in the best position to easily implement other features (like a shopping cart) into your projects.
