Some points on Yiidoc project

I am not sure if this is the right place to discuss but I had raised two minor points on the issue in Yiidoc project and got no answer yet.

  1. Unlike Yii project, there are some owners for Yiidoc project. Its purpose is to distribute some work (i.e. registration, moderation etc.). I had proposed that there should be some notification that shows the connection between owners and languages for instance.

  2. In the file source/topics.security.txt, at the line 43, there is a

multi-byte character even though it should be coded in latin1.

Thanks. I fixed that. Also, there's a file named members.xls under yiidoc svn. It contains detailed information about yiidoc members. If you enroll new members to yiidoc, remember to update that file accordingly so that we can have a good track on who is working on which.
