It's unfortunate, but many submissions are put in with just those dud "yiiframework.com" links in them, unchanged - so on the extension pages, half the time, when you click "try out a demo", what you actually get is the Yii home page.
I suggest validating the input to prevent links to yiiframework.com - perhaps with an option to confirm that that's what you wanted. In 90% of cases it won't be.
Also, once this is in place, you should send an e-mail to users with yiiframework.com links in their extensions, so they can correct them...
