Has anyone had any luck getting Doctine to work with Yii 1.1.x?
I’ve found the Doctrine-Yii plugin (http://www.yiiframework.com/extension/doctrine-yii/) and had a look at it, but I can’t see any easy way to make it work with 1.1.x.
We are looking to use Doctrine for hte features it provides in migrations etc. and because in benchmarks we have run it out-performed other database access methods we tried.
Does anyone have any ideas or advice?

are you sure it’s not working in 1.1.x? (haven’t tried it, but the code looks fairly simple)

Well, it may well be working … maybe the issue is that I can’t work out how to get it working.
I’ve tried following the information at http://code.google.com/p/doctrine-yii/wiki/DoctrineComponent and not found it working, so I assumed that it didn’t work with 1.1.x.
If someone does have it working, I would appreciate the confirmation of whether it’s worth continuing struggling with it, or some advice.
