I will start use yii

There is a nice plugin for Yii, which you can install. After that it’s easy to start with yii. You create a new PHP Application Project with NetBeans and say use Yii Framework at the last step before the Finish Button comes up.

After this you can start with Larry Ullmans Tutorial or the Blog Tutorial from Yii.
