User management - Localization Rate Topic:

I installed successfully the UserManagement extension, but cannot make translations work. I put "language" => "de" (or any other language) in config/main.php but it keeps giving the english version. Any suggestion? I also made a translation (protected/modules/user/messages/es/user.php) for spanish - how do I make it available to the community? (Once I get it working!).
